CNG CASCADE
This is a bunch of cylinders which are arranged in systemically manner on an iron fixture. These cylinders having dimensions of ø270 x 75 litre x 1710 mm with tear weight of 107 kg approx.
All cylinders are manufactured and tested as per guidelines of PESO. Each cylinder is place on the iron fixture with proper space with SS316/ SS316L tubes with suitable fittings and valves as per ASME.
We make two types of cascades as STATIONARY CASCADE and MOBILE CASCDAE. Both the cascade contains 40 nos of cylinder with 3000 water litre capacity and 60 nos of cylinder with 4500 water litre capacity. Stationary cascade is designed with three storage banks and those are HIGH BANK, MEDIUM BANK & LOW BANK with 50%, 30% and 20% of total cylinder. But the mobile cascade has only one bank. All these cascades are enabled with pressure safety valve, Pressure gauges, temperature auges, bleed valves and isolation valve.
